I believe the circumference of the circle should be approximately 18.85.

The circumference is the radius times pi (we will use 3.14). The radius is half of the diameter. To find the diameter we multiply the radius by two.

3(2)=6

Now we multiply our diameter by pi.

6(3.14)=18.84

18.84 is our circumference.
