we know she covers 4.7 miles in 1 hour, so, how many miles in 0.53 hours?

[tex] \bf \begin{array}{ccll} miles&hours\\ \cline{1-2} 4.7&1\\ m&0.53 \end{array}\implies \cfrac{4.7}{m}=\cfrac{1}{0.53}\implies \cfrac{4.7\cdot 0.53}{1}=m\implies 2.491=m [/tex]
