y increases as x increases. this is because as x moves up the y moved up. of y and x stay constant it would be a dot since x being constant Is a vertical line and y being constant is a horisantial line.
if y decreases and x increases it would go down as the graph moves right.
as I said if y is constant it would just be a horisantial line.
