Compare an athlete's vital capacity to an non-athlete. Explain your reasoning.

Compare to a non-athlete, an athlete has a larger vital capacity. Because of their strict training routine and proper balanced diet, athletes are physically fit. They can accomplish more tasks that require strength, balance, and endurance. Compare to an non-athlete, they have more stamina.
