Y= -3x +4
So from the equation we can tell that m is 3 .

(0,-1)
(x, y)

0 = x
-1 = y

M = 3

Y = mx+ c
Just insert it
-1 = 3(0) + c
-1 = c

So thts mean the answe is y = 3x-1
