so 15h - 0.5 - 3h + 2k + 23

Add common terms

12h -0.5 + 2k + 23 (I added 15h and -3h)
12h + 22.5 + 2k ( I added 23 and -0.5)

the answer should be
12h + 22.5 + 2k
