We know that the coodinates of translation points are given by:

M'(x+a, y+b), Then:

8+a=4

a=-4

-1+b=3

b=3+1=4

So, the other points are going to translate the same units on x and y:

U(7, 4)

U'(7-4, 4+4)=U'(3, 8)

G(6, 0)

G'(6-4, 0+4)=G'(2, 4)
