If 150 is the 15%, to find which number is the 100% we use the rule of 3

[tex]\begin{gathered} x\to100 \\ 150\to15 \end{gathered}[/tex]

and the rule say that:

[tex]\begin{gathered} x=\frac{100\times150}{15} \\ x=1000 \end{gathered}[/tex]
