It happens from the air we breath. We breath in oxygen with our lungs. Your body filters out the oxygen and carries it to all parts of your body, the waste is carbon dioxide. Plants use CO2 or carbon dioxide to make food. We get clean oxygen from plants. See how trees are useful?
