Hello : let  A(-4,5)    B(-5,-4)
the slope is :   (YB - YA)/(XB -XA)
(-4-5)/(-5+4)  = -9/-1=9
an equation is : y=ax+b     a is a slope

y = 9x +b

 

the line through point  A(-4,5) :  5 = 9(-4)+b
b =41 
the equation is : y =9x+41
