Using the formula y2-y1 / x2-x1 you can determine the slope
First substitute the numbers correctly 6-3 / -2 - -5
Now a negative minus a negative creates a positive
3 / 3 so he slope is 3 up and 3 over

You can also just do the simple math
There is a three difference between -5 and -2 and a three difference between 3 and 6
