The reaction  between aluminium nitrate and potassium hydroxide will be given 
by the equation;
Al(NO3)3 (aq) + KOH (aq) = KNO3 (aq)  + Al(OH)3 (s)
Therefore, the precipitate resulting from the reaction is Aluminium hydroxide Al(OH)3.
