h(x) = (x-a)² - k
We can write 
h(x) = (x-0)² - 5
Vertex (0,-5)

We can find another point, for example
x=2, h(2)= 2²-5=4-5=-1
(2, -1)

Vertex (0,-5), and point (2, -1)
